City Observatory built in 1774, has been abandoned for years. Met a sweet old bloke there who kept asking me to talk so he could here my accent, told me that they keep proposing to make use of it but that nothing gets done. It's a shame. I had to take this shot reaching over a 6 foot high concrete wall,..kind of looks like Miss Haversham's house from Great Expectations doesn't it?
