Here we are on the Ferry to Hoy, to ride bikes for the day, note the big smiles.... we'd forgotten that the essense of the beauty on the Isle of Hoy, is the mountain ranges... doh! needless to say, you can see the photos of Jer walking my bike as well as his up the hill,... he would have continued to ride, but I just totally wussed out! Needless to say, I now know my limitations....
