Last Sunday Lunch at Carnbee Crescent

I made Sunday Lunch for some of my pals. It was really a nice way to spend my last Sunday here. Since Jerry is already gone in Nigeria. It was very nice to have the house full of people. I made Lamb, w/ homemade mint gravy, roast potatoes, parsnips, carrots, yams, mixed peas/green beans/sweet corn, cheese cauliflower bake, yorkshire puddings, and lasagna. Kirstin brought a fantastic cheesecake for dessert!!! And we had brie and chocolates... etc, etc, etc.... It was really great to have some pals around the house... I love entertaining!!!
